Founding member pricing
The yearly price is the rate Puppy launched at, and it is about a third below the monthly one. Take it and it is yours for as long as your subscription runs without interruption — not for the first year, and not until we change our minds. It is recorded against your business when you buy it, rather than being something we work out later from whichever price you happen to be on.
Cancelling and coming back is an interruption, and the reason is the honest one: the rate is for the businesses that took this on before it had a track record.
Changed your mind halfway through a year? End it and we refund the whole unused months. The terms say it in full.
Your bill doesn't grow every time your roster does.
Hire another employee. Add seasonal help. Grow the team. Puppy does not charge you for every new name on the schedule, and it does not stop you at a headcount either — charging by the head would punish you for putting everybody in it, and a schedule missing three people is not a schedule, it is a document somebody has to correct by hand. Your plan is based on what your operation needs.
Try Puppy on an actual schedule.
Don't decide from a feature checklist. Tell Puppy what you need, let your team tell Puppy what they want, build the schedule, and look at the result. Then decide whether you want to go back to doing it the old way.
From $12 a month billed yearly, or $19 monthly. Your whole team included.
What happens if you stop paying
Your schedule does not disappear and your team can still see when they are working. What stops is adding people, sites and new weeks. Locking a café out of its own staffing over an expired card costs them a shift, which is a worse way to lose a customer than waiting.
You already have most of the information needed to build next week.
It is in texts, conversations, notes and memory, and every week somebody has to turn all of it into one schedule. Puppy gives it somewhere useful to go.
From $12 a month billed yearly, or $19 monthly. Your whole team included.
